We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in our Services or contact us. We do not process sensitive information. All personal information you provide must be true, complete, and accurate.
Information stored locally on your device: Linker stores game progress, statistics, and preferences in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server.

We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law. We may also process your information for other purposes only with your prior explicit consent.

We only process your personal information when we believe it is necessary and we have a valid legal reason to do so under applicable law — including with your consent, to comply with laws, to fulfil contractual obligations, or to fulfil our legitimate business interests. We may share information in connection with any merger, sale, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes.
5. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?
Linker uses browser localStorage (not cookies) to save your game state, statistics, and preferences locally on your device. No data is transmitted to external servers. We may also use Google Analytics to understand usage patterns — see

6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this notice. Game data stored in localStorage remains on your device until you clear your browser storage.

We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational security measures. However, no electronic transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.

Most web browsers include a Do-Not-Track ('DNT') feature. As no uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised, we do not currently respond to DNT signals. California law requires us to inform you of this practice.

We have not sold or shared any personal information to third parties in the preceding twelve months and will not do so in the future.
